Cranberry Cookies - Vegan

Who does not love cookies? I loved and still do love cookies.

Well, I have been ill the whole weekend and havent gone out of the house the whole weekend. I, honestly, do not have much food to eat at home :P but i wanted to have some cookies. So i made some because they are easy and quick.

Here they are, the super Cranberry cookies

 Ingredients:
 - 1 cup of grounded oat
- 1/2 cup of shredded coconut
- 2 medium very ripe bananas
- 1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 cup of dried cranberries
- 1/2 cup of raw almond nuts
- 1 tbsp of maple or rice or agave syrup
- a pinch of salt

Process:
- Pre heat the ovem at 170 degree
- Mash the banana in a bowl by using a spoon to crush it. (didnt use the mixer or blender here because i didnt want the banana to be too watery. You want to keep the thickness level)
- Put everything in the mashed-banana bowl, WITHOUT cranberry and almonds
- Mix it well and even, Then put cranberry and almonds in, mix a lil more for 4-5 times
- Use your hand to make a cookie shape, then put them on the baking sheet.
- Bake for 15 minutes

Soft and warm.
This morning I have them as a morning snack with a coffee and a chill, relaxing, sunday music :)

Have a good sunny Sunday from Berlin :)

Super Nutty-Fruity Greek yogurt

I do love yogurt! Especially Greek yogurt. Do you know this Greek yogurt comes with so many benefits?? Here are some benefits
  1.  It has twice as much of protein than the usual yogurt
  2.  Low carb! Lower than the usual yogurt definitely.
  3.  Less lactose > easy to digest
  4.  Rich in versatility - because it is so thick and creamy. Many people start using it for baking, dipping, topping, and swapping with other non-sense food.
If you have read many posts on my blog, you will know that i do love peanut butter! Therefore, i mix goodness with my pleasure :P and it was a great combination, i must say!

I, simply, mix about 150-200 gram of Greek yogurt with 1 big table spoon of peanut butter in a blender. Blend it well together and it is ready!
To get rid of your hunger and stay full longer, I would add more of oat muesli, fresh fruits, and almond nuts on top as well. I had this one as dinner. Perfect for my tummy, not big and dont make me feel fat when i go to bed.

For this one, I used 150 gram of Greek yogurt. Put it into the blender and mix it with 1 tsp of tahini. Then in a bowl, I also put in some pomegranates and mix it. Sometime, I love itextra crunchy.

Greek yogurt with fruits is awesome! If you don't eat much fruits, this way can help you to eat more fruits. Fruits are great for your health and beauty! :)
