Protein Bars

Weekend, who does not love weekend when we get to have lots of time to cook and do stuff. This weekend i made these homemade protein bars for hubby. Very nutty, fruitty, and yummy!

This Protein Bars are totally raw and vegan

Ingredients:
- 1 cup of almonds and hazel nuts (i mixed these two nuts into 1 cup)
- 1 cup of mixed dried fruits (I used dates, cranberries, figs, and prunes)
- 8 protein power spoons (the ball one that usually comes with protein powder bottle)
- 1 tbsp rose hip powder (optional)
- 3 tbsp low fat yogurts
- 4 tbsp coconut oil

Process:
1. put the nuts into the mixer, blend until nice and crushed
2. Put the finished blended-nuts into the big bowl
3. Put the protein powder and rose hip powder into the nut bowl and mix it all well together
4. Without cleaning, put the dried fruits in and mixed it until nice and smooth
5. Put the finished blended-dried fruits into the nut bowl and mix it with big spoon
6. Put the yogurt and coconut oil in the ingredients bowl
7. Use some gloves and use your hands to massage the ingredient together until it is thick and everything mixed together
8. Lie it on a big plate, make it into a bar shape
8.1 I added some goji berries and chia seeds and coconut chips before putting it into the fridge but this is totally your choice as they are not needed!!
9. Put it into the fridge overnight
10. Cut it with a bar size or however you like and then enjoy it!

Have a good Sunday and enjoy the start of next week! XOXO :)
