Hi...

My name is Paully. 26 years old.
Thai. Living in Germany.
I am quite new with this diet (i started in April 2014)

This is me and my baby boy Hippo 

I am not food or dietary expert. I just want to inspire what i am inspired
Why did i start this diet?
 Because i wanted to lose weight, i grew up in a society where everyone is small or tiny and i was usually told that i am fat! I went back to Thailand from 18 of Feb - 18 March 2014. I missed the food back home so much that when i was there i just eat eat eat. By the time i get back to Germany i was 65.6kg.
I was seriously always on diet, me and weight are the biggest enemy, yet its me fighting with myself. Every time i started to go diet, i told myself "yeah it is easy, this time i will go down to 55!!". Every time i thought this, it failed. I never reached 55 kg. Until now! yes I lost over 10 kg in 4 months.

How did i start?
Honestly, I dont really know how come i ended up with this diet. I remember when i got back to Germany, one evening, i was googling "what to eat for weight loss". I found so many strange (by that time it was strange for me) products that the results have shown up! For instance, dark chocolate, nuts, almonds, etc... 
However, i gave it a try.
I love instagram, one day i was just going through "healthyfood" hashtag, then i found this kind of food. I was wondering "how can people survive with just veggies and fruits? Damn crazy!" 
 But then i started with a lot of vegetables until now i eat mainly just fruits and veggies. 

How did i change?
It was very hard to change and it took a lot of courage and patience! Again, I am from the country where you can find food 24/7, food is everywhere, food is always reachable, food is cheap, and food is freaking yummy! That is THAILAND! :D 

I love LOVE snacks, i love food, snacks, fries, crisp, anything eatable but i never really knew how many time did i eat today????!!!??? It became so mysterious and depressing at the same time when you try to think back everyday. So when i started this diet, i decided to set myself a 'schedule'. I researched of course, which could be the best way. So here is my schedule 

1. Breakfast
2. morning snack (2-3 hours after breakfast)
3. lunch 
4. Afternoon snack (2-3 hours after lunch)
5. Dinner
6. Evening snack (1-2 hours after dinner)(I try to avoid this snack)

This is very strange for many people and be prepared to be judge as 'weirdo' but who cares! No one will understand what you are doing without they themselves doing it.

This is the hardest part to change 'eating habit' but once you changed it you will love it and you will love yourself more! Just like i do now :)
 Every change is possible!
