Today is the day!

Let us start with the first, which is Banana Vegan Bread
It is fresh, homemade, healthy, and full of goodness for your body. Not like that nasty flour, the usual bakery usually uses.

So this is how she looks like (Dont know why its a she haha XD)

Ingredients:
 - 2 medium ripe bananas
- 100ml of almond milk
- 1 and 1/3 cup of ground oat (you can simply just put the oat into the blender machine and blend it for some second. It doesnt have to be super grounded)
- 1 cup of ground almond
- 2 tbs of Wholewheat (or buckwheat)
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 2 tbs of maple syrup (or rice or agave syrup)
- a pinch of salt
- 2 tbs of chia seeds
- 1/2 tbs Baobab powder (optional)

 Process:
- Pre heat the oven at 170 degree
- In a big bowl, put all the dry ingredients in and mix it well
- In a blender, put the bananas in and mash it well until watery
- put the rest of wet ingredients in the mashed banana, mix it all for another few seconds
- Pure the wet ingredients into the big bowl, where the dry ingredients are.
- Mix it all together very well
- Pure it in the baking plate and bake for 20-25 minutes
- Eat warm with fruit tea.

Mmmmmmm oh yes, yum! and healthy. Enjoy :)
