I do love yogurt! Especially Greek yogurt. Do you know this Greek yogurt comes with so many benefits?? Here are some benefits
- It has twice as much of protein than the usual yogurt
- Low carb! Lower than the usual yogurt definitely.

- Rich in versatility - because it is so thick and creamy. Many people start using it for baking, dipping, topping, and swapping with other non-sense food.
If you have read many posts on my blog, you will know that i do love peanut butter! Therefore, i mix goodness with my pleasure :P and it was a great combination, i must say!
I, simply, mix about 150-200 gram of Greek yogurt with 1 big table spoon of peanut butter in a blender. Blend it well together and it is ready!
To get rid of your hunger and stay full longer, I would add more of oat muesli, fresh fruits, and almond nuts on top as well. I had this one as dinner. Perfect for my tummy, not big and dont make me feel fat when i go to bed.
For this one, I used 150 gram of Greek yogurt. Put it into the blender and mix it with 1 tsp of tahini. Then in a bowl, I also put in some pomegranates and mix it. Sometime, I love itextra crunchy.
Greek yogurt with fruits is awesome! If you don't eat much fruits, this way can help you to eat more fruits. Fruits are great for your health and beauty! :)
