So today i thought i would post some inspiration. Its Healthy Pancakes!!!

I love pancakes but usually its full of flour and craps you know but since i found this recipe, i do not afraid to have pancakes anymore!

Honestly, these pics were not perfectly decorated But remember the concept, Healthy and Yummy! :D

Ingredients:
- 2 large eggs
- Half cup ofoat
- 1 large banana
- 1 tsp of Baobab powder (optional, if u dont have, dont worry)
- 1 tsp of rose hip powder (Option like the baobab powder)

Process:
- Mash the banana til smooth and watery
- Add the eggs, mix it all well
- Add oat
- Add powders (if you have)
- Fry it on a low heat just like how you would do a normal pancakes
 - Add your toppings as you desired!

Toppings:
- Homemade strawberry sugar-free jam (I would like to share this recipe but my mother-in-law made this jam once i know i will share :)
- nuts
- seeds
 - Peanut butter
- Berries
- Etc... as you wish and like!!!!

Lets be realistic about toppings since we all dont have the same stuff in the house then why make a fuss about making the strict toppings recipe? The core product here is pancakes! Like other recipes would suggest etc... u know what i mean.

Some photos from our court wedding :) Mr. and Mrs. Herber !

Small celebration with our friends and family

Throwing rice and paper :D

Champagne in front of the court house as the Germans would do

Banoffee Pie!

FYI: My recipe is created for 1 person in a moderate realistic amount. If you are making for more people double the recipes. Yes it is a small portion as i made it just for myself with the purpose of not over eating and too much calories intake.

So the regular banoffee pie is my favorite unhealthy dessert. Yesterday I was thinking about it and thought hmm there must be a way to create a similar one with healthy ingredients!

The final result, this is how it looks like (I was eating it in this pic of course :P)
Yummy, dont feel the same but great alternative for it!
It is time to say goodbye for regular pies! And say hello to the healthy alternative versions!!! Be convinced and motivated!

Banoffee Pie Health conscious version end result

Produce:

For the crust:
- 20g wholewheat organic pretzel
- 20g almonds
- 1 tbsp flax seeds
- 1 tbsp coconut oil
-1/2 tbsp rice syrup (any syrup will do)
For the caramel toppings:
- 1 ripe of banana
- 5 soaked dates
- 30g of soaked cashew nuts
- 1 tbsp rice syrup (any syrup will do)

Process:
- First of all, you have to crush the crust which are pretzel, almonds, flax seeds, throw them all in the blender and crush it or do it manually by hand
- Mix in liquid ingredients, coconut oil and syrup
- Mix it well together and press it in a bowl
- If you have time I would suggest to put the crust into the fridge and let it tighten up together a bit, but if no time or really wanna have it then it will be fine as well :P

- Second, slice the banana and put them all on the crust

- Third, make the caramel top!
- The very first thing you need to do before start making all this, you have to soak the cashew and dates up first, by adding regular water in a glass, put them in, and leave it soak for 4 hours++
- After soaking dates and cashew, throw the soaked ones into the blender or hand mixer and mix it well til it smooth!
- Add the 1tbsp rice syrup in
- Spread the caramel on top of the banana

- Leave the finished banoffee pie in the fridge for 2-3 hours or overnight (i left it overnight and have it as a snack the next afternoon)

READY to eat! Enjoy <3 :) xox

Super Food!

Sorry for the absence! I had a final presentation, therefore a lot of traveling the last days! From Berlin to Heilbronn and on the same day from Heilbronn to Hamburg! North-south-north in less than 24 hours. Now i am back to Berlin!

So here are some goodies i have got from Hamburg. We were looking for Obi but we coincidentally found this Veganz super market!

1. 100g of Baobab powder Raw (11.99 EU)
2. Regular almond milk (2.29 EU)
3. Coconut milk beverage (2.99 EU)
4. 250g of Rose hip powder Raw (6.49 EU)
5. Dr. Stuart's Blueberry and Acai tea (2.99 EU)

What is Baobab?
It is very nutritious! Super rich in Vitamin C, Iron, and Minerals. It gives you energy, supports immune system, hydrating, boosts iron. It is expensive but all super foods are expensive. All you need is 1-2 teaspoon (tsp) a day. So 100g should last for a month or two. Well, we have to invest for our health ;P

What is Rose hip?
The most important fact you need to know about Rose hip is that it is super rich in antioxidant! It is 10 times higher in antioxidant than blueberry! AWESOME! It basically comes from the blossoms of the wild rose plants.

Since i have not had my super powder for the last few days. Today i got home and made myself a nice nana ice-cream. It is very hot in Germany today!

Produce:
- 1 and a half frozen banana
- 100ml coconut milk beverage version
- 1/2 tbsp peanut butter
- 1tbsp baobab powder

Toppings:
- Dark chocolate chips
- Granola
- Coconut flakes
- Flax seeds

Methods:
- As you may know already :P mix all the produces in the blender then put on your toppings like how you want it! :D

FYI: Veganz super market can be found in only 4 cities in Germany, which are Hamburg, Berlin, Munich, Frankfurt a/m. But they are currently expanding.
